On occasion there happens to be a memorabilia show near by which allows me to check out a specific vendor who caters to one of my favorite hobbies. Shifting through piles of lobby cards and looking over the art work of some classic era posters.
While I don’t always come across something I just have to have I do make an effort to grab something to add to the ever growing collection.
Depending on what your interests are there are always plenty of genres and actors to form a collection around. Nice copy of Tight Spot with Eddie G, Brian Keith and Ginger Rogers.
For the Pam Grier fan one may want to grab a copy of Friday Foster.
Johnny Weissmuller as Jungle Jim offers a chance at a poster from the fifties.
Pausing to look at some great Kirk Douglas lobby cards.
Guns of Navarone lobby always a sure fire collectible.
Who can pass up a set of 8 lobby cards from Lone Wolf McQuade? Not me!
No Way.
Till the next time……..
For the Pam Grier fan one may want to grab a copy of Friday Foster.
There are people who aren’t Pam Grier fans?
Well put.
Are these Original posters, & Lobby Cards, or modern re-prints of theirs!!!
All originals. Vendor a nice guy who enjoys the hobby and a film buff of sorts himself.
Oh Luck you!!! Wish I were there 😦
Some say he’s still there… browsing…. what a place to get lost in!
nice! Next show isn’t far off. Welcome to tag along. Then we’ll see who gets lost.
