Gene is easily one of the top 15 or 20 actors ever. Haven’t seen Scarecrow or Bat 21, but my faves are similar to yours: The Conversation, Crimson Tide, Get Shorty, Mississippi Burning, of course first saw him in Superman.. could go on. For being such a regular guy, he makes such a scary villain! Nice overview.
It’s hard to remember everything I want to point out in a one take. I loved him as Harry Zimm in Get Shorty. I always refer to that film as my favorite Travolta flick. All kinds of film trivia in that one. Thanks for checking out the video.
Hoosiers is one of the greatest sport’s movies of all time. I really enjoyed the background music in it. It truly was an inspiring film. Hackman is a pro!
